Shipping policy

The TAG Shipping prices are calculated automatically though our shopping cart, depending on where in the world you are; United Kingdom (UK), European Union (EU) or Rest of the World (ROW), and the weight and types of products you are ordering.

But for the sake of completeness, and transparency, these are the rates that are charged.

(Please note, these are the rates that we pay though our local Post Office, and we make no extra funds from our Shipping Policy.)

Band 1)

1 – 5 packs of weapons and equipment;

  • UK, £1.50
  • EU, £2.90
  • USA, £5.00
  • Row, £3.30

Band 2)

6+ packs of Weapons and Equipment… or

1-7 packs of Infantry… or

1-4 packs of Cavalry… or

Any combination of the above, that doesn’t make Band 3)

  • UK, £4.40
  • EU £8.95
  • USA £14,95
  • RoW, £8.95

Band 3)

Over these amounts (£63.60), or to all Customers with Membership+, Shipping is FREE (!) on all orders Worldwide!

Shipping Upgrades

All the rates given above are for an uninsured, untracked parcel, that doesn’t require a Signature for delivery.

This is standard though the UK Royal Mail Parcel service.

If you would like a Signed-for, or Tracked Service, that comes with insurance, please upgrade to the relevant service at the check-out.

Choose either UPS or Special Delivery, in the UK, or the UPS option to the rest of the world.

We recommend a Tracked & Signed-for Service to some destinations;

  • Russia.
  • & South Africa

… are occasionally problematic.

Customers in these regions may wish to upgrade for a guaranteed delivery.

Please note, FREE shipping, whether through Membership+ or spend amount, is almost always dispatched, untracked, by Royal Mail, unless the parcel weight is over 2 Kilos. Only over this upper level (approximately £200,) do we upgrade you to UPS service

Regardless of shipping service, TAG ALWAYS do their best to deliver.

We have never yet had a Customer, to whom we haven’t delivered, in 15+ years of mail order business.
