Returns policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase of TAG miniatures, please Contact us.

We will make every effort to explain, correct or replace your items, but if you are still unhappy,  you have every right to ask for the goods to be removed, and for a refund to be issued.

We will always do this.

Refunds are normally issued in the same format as they were given; PayPal, Credit Card, cheque etc.

In reality though, we’ve had about 6 people in 12 years that have not been happy, but the text above is a legal requirement, so there it is…
