Firstly apologies for the state of the mail order service, over the last few months.
Worker drone Alpha, finally finish due to ill health in the first week in December, and since then, there’s only me in the office to run everything.
As a result, basically from Black Friday, I’ve been constantly behind with the Mail Order. It was REALLY bad in January and February, as I was also busy with the day job, but over the last couple of months, as I’ve come up to speed with the whole operation, and the backlog is down to a manageable, dozen Orders, with the wait times for ‘Back Ordered’ items is down to a couple of weeks.
The one job that has proved tricky, singlehandedly here in the shed, has been maintaining the stock correctly. The renaissance range particularly, was all over the place until the last few days. Over this last week, I’ve done a complete check on all the stock items, adding £1000’s of REN packs, so that you can now trust the numbers given on the cart.
Speaking of the site… I’ve had a number of people reporting 403 errors. I don’t know really what to say… the cart itself is showing its age, and there have been all sorts of regulations changed since it was set up… Log in problems & missing emails seam quite common. If you do need to talk about orders, then messaging through our FaceBook Page, is a stable means of communication, and I have been keeping up with correspondence there. This version of the site might not last into the New Year.
Postage went up… Most UK Orders £5.60, EU £12.00, US and the Rest of the World £30.00. Still free, over about £80, depending on how you fill up your cart.

New releases, well… I haven’t done any of the packs I spoke about in the last Blog, I think I have just over 80 new packs (inc Maximilian cavalry), and 30+, new parts and equipment in ‘green’, waiting for me to get to moulding when I have a chance. Hopefully some of these will see production in the late summer.
So, once again, appoligees to those I’ve managed to alienate or annoy, over the last few months, and thank-yous to the real hard core of TAG customers, who have kept me going, though thick & thin.
